A heritage to hand-down

Beirut has fallen into a haphazard building boom in recent years which has seen the unfortunate loss of some of Lebanon’s great architecture and neighborhoods.  Greenstone-L'ArmonialBased on its corporate citizenship philosophy, Greenstone is proud to play its role in safeguarding this rich architectural heritage for generations to come.  By incorporating the traditional façade of the French Mandate building into modern residences, Greenstone’s clients can purchase a piece of history without compromising their demands for modern living.

The traditional building was actually constructed in three phases.  The first two floors date back to the early 1920s.  In later years, two separate additions were made, adding several new floors.  Greenstone’s modern structure will further add to this piece of architectural patrimony, avoiding any disruption to the character of the neighborhood.
